Our paid-study promise

No real payment is collected during the preview. A clearly labeled PayPal sandbox test uses simulated money only.

When paid service begins, a confirmed payment creates a tracked obligation to the customer. The system will continue preparing the study even if the browser is closed.

If a report needs correction, we will first provide a corrected or replacement report at no additional charge. Material uncertainty will be clearly labeled, and a theological-administrator follow-up deadline will be shown in My Studies.

If we cannot provide an acceptable report promptly, we will offer an appropriate credit or refund. Duplicate charges and verified payment errors are also eligible for refund to the original payment method.
